2 missing Westbrook teens found safe
Two teens who were reported missing in Westbrook have been found safe, according to police.
Authorities were searching Tuesday for a 14-year-old girl and 16-year-old boy, both from Westbrook.
Westbrook police Capt. Steve Goldberg said in a statement Tuesday that the incidents were not related.
The girl was found by a detective in Portland, Goldberg said, while the boy went to the Westbrook Public Safety Building after seeing social media posts and press releases about his disappearance.
