Ellsworth, Hancock County law enforcement could have prevented fatal crash, lawsuit alleges

 David Worcester was killed in 2024 when Nicholas Libby crossed the center line and crashed into his vehicle. His estate says officers pulled Libby over before the deadly wreck but let him go, despite signs that he was intoxicated.
