Getting busted hooking up in a bar's bathroom is enough of a mood killer, you don't need to assault a manager
100%

The mood is already ruined after you get busted hooking up in a bar's bathroom. There's no need to make matters worse for yourself, especially if there's any chance you can pick back up where you left off later on.

I think that's something most people can agree on. As a matter of fact, I assumed that was one of those unwritten rules everyone was aware of. You tried and failed to get away with a romantic encounter in a bar's bathroom.

It's unfortunate, but it does happen. But you move on. The whole night doesn’t have to be ruined because of it. If you're being escorted out of the bar and being sent on your way, take it. That's a sign all is not lost.

DITCHING HIS 'WHIZZINATOR' IN A PATROL CAR WAS FLORIDA MAN'S SECOND BAD DECISION OF DAY

That's a piece of advice that 19-year-old Hayley Serball could have evidently used last Saturday morning at a bar/restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida. She allegedly had sex in the bathroom then spit on the manager.

Police say she was "confronted for having sexual intercourse in a bathroom" by employees of Shiso Crispy, reports The Smoking Gun.

As she was been escorted from the property, she allegedly turned around and spit on the manager, Kaleena Conklin's face.

It was noted by officers that "The spit was visible on the victim's face, and there were numerous witnesses of this."

I'd like to think there's a chance that she thought the move would restore the mood. I don’t know how or why, but I want to be as charitable as possible.

In any event, it didn't work. Serball was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge and later released on $1,000 bond.

TSG reports that this isn't her first encounter with law enforcement and that she is currently a defendant in two pending felony cases.

One case stemmed from an auto burglary arrest and the other for an arrest for being an accessory after the fact to an aggravated assault with a firearm.
