Police Attempt Bird Capture on Fort Hill Road Unsuccessful
Maine State Police were unable to capture a bird that was spotted along Fort Hill Road on Wednesday morning, according to authorities.
Officers responded to the area Wednesday morning after the bird was reported in the vicinity. Despite their efforts, the bird evaded capture and fled the scene. No injuries were reported.
The species of the bird was not immediately identified. Authorities have not indicated whether additional efforts to locate the animal are planned.
